We understand that to build a diverse and inclusive culture requires increasing self-awareness, understanding and the development of inclusive behaviours and skills. Unconscious bias can act as a barrier to inclusion. Building awareness and capability through creating personal insight to manage our biases is a key element in the enablement of an inclusive culture.
