Our Allyship programmes educates leaders and DEI advocates about the importance of Allyship and provides them with the practical tools that help them to be an effective Ally and create a more inclusive and equitable organisational culture.

We understand that to build a diverse and inclusive culture requires increasing self-awareness, understanding and the development of inclusive behaviours and skills. Unconscious bias can act as a barrier to inclusion. Building awareness and capability through creating personal insight to manage our biases is a key element in the enablement of an inclusive culture. Some view unconscious bias training as a one-off action, we don’t.
