Esther is a commercially focused senior HR professional with over 20 years experience, most recently as CHRO for an international private equity business. Her successful HR career spanned a wide range of other sectors including Retail, E-Commerce, Logistics and Supply Chain.
Since founding Performance & Engagement, she has become recognised by her clients as a global expert on diversity and inclusion and has equipped and inspired thousands of individuals and teams to take action. Esther creates solutions that enable diverse talent to thrive, and coaches business leaders to ignite diverse thinking and innovation, develop an awareness of their own biases and to become culturally intelligent.
