WHAT WE DO
Performance and Engagement® was founded in 2013 by Esther Crew, a former Group HR Director who has led people at the highest levels of complex organisations. We work with executives, the leaders around them and the teams they carry, on the two things a business actually runs on: how its people lead, and the culture they lead in. We believe what’s possible in a person is bigger than anything an assessment can show, and that backed properly, people go further than the numbers ever predict. That belief is where our work starts, and it’s why leadership and culture aren’t the soft part of a business but the part everything else depends on.
